Dr. Jung Eun Lee is an accomplished Associate Professor in Consumer and Design Sciences. Her research is centered around consumer behavior and how they evaluate retail environments, advertisements, and promotions. Her expertise in merchandising and design allows her to create optimal retail environments and products, both offline and online, by integrating aesthetic elements to enhance the consumer experience. Her insights provide invaluable guidance for marketers to communicate effectively.
